Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i was at a house party over july 4th weekend and the cops showed up. me being 18 and had a few beers, ran and got arrested with resisting arrest without violence. What can i do to get my charges dropped?

Through your private attorney you may be able to get a pretrial intervention program, which if completed might result on the charges being dropped. If you get the charge dropped, you can have it expunged as long as it's your only criminal record.
