Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if your house is raided and your arrested and charged then released on bond can the police come back out and arrest you again for anything related to the original charges?
-NOTE-they removed 32 items from the home but only used 3 for the charges

Yes, if they have probable cause to do so. Often evidence from a first raid could give them probable cause of other evidence in the home. They would need to get a warrant in almost every case. Regardless, you will need an attorney to challenge the case and/or the warrants.
