Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
During the hurricane many county's issued curfews. How does a curfew effect are right of free travel?? Is the curfew refer to loitering or can you not travel at all??

Curfews are legal during states of emergency such as a hurricane. You can be restricted and where you go by law. This would be an exception to the freedom to travel. Just as yelling fire in a crowded theater is not freedom of speech there are limits on certain freedoms we have.
