Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my husband is out on bond for rico violation, money laundering and trafficking marijuana, he recently was arrested again for trafficking marijuana.... what kind of time would he be facing? is there something he can do to reduce this time?

There are many levels of rico, money laundering, and trafficking. Anywhere from 30 years to life are maximums. Usually there are mandatory minimums as well. The best thing he can do to reduce his time is to hire an attorney.
