Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My husband was caught masterbatibg by a neighborhood. There was cameras and a witness. I just bailed him out tonight. His court date is nov 14th, will the court have a case or will he pay a fine and that's it? The have with with two misdemeanors: sexual body part exposed and loitering/prowling.

He is facing jail so I would strongly suggest that you get your husband an attorney. "Just" a fine might be possible but having an attorney will make that a more likely possibility.
