Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My husband was conictex of grand theft adjudication withheld around his 18th birthday he has not been in any trouble since. He is now 27. In Florida can he have his record sealed or expunged? And what does adjudication withheld mean?

Adjudication Withheld means he was not formally convicted of the offense. He should be eligible to have the record sealed.
