Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My husband has court on jan.3 for failure to appear he missed court that day and they put a warrant out and he got taken to jail on fta now i was looking at the clerks web page and it says they deactive bond and order of forfeiture does this mean he is going back to jail

Every clerk's website is slightly different, but it sounds like that now that they have served the warrant, and it sounds like he has now bonded out, then the bond is no longer active. you should talk to an attorney in your area to be sure.
