my husband has crazy charges?? i dont understand?
ok my husband has multi charges 817034 4a2 ORGANIZED FRAUD Prosecutor Phase 4/15/2008 - FILED and 30 of 817568 2 CRIMINAL USE OF PERSONAL ID INFORMATN Prosecutor Phase 4/15/2008 - FILED but i dont understand what these are? ?
he had 30 more charges including UTTERING A FORGED INSTRUMENT,CRIMINAL USE OF PERSONAL ID INFORMATN,FORGERY,FRAUDULENT USE OF CREDIT CARD,and alot of ISSUING A WORTHLESS CHECK OVER 150 DOLLARS
but what i realy would like to know is what is crim use of personla id and should they probably drop them with all the credit card & misc they have already dropped?

Charges dont get dropped for no reason if they are filed. He is facing a lot of prison time. He needs a lawyer. Pls call if I can be of service.
