Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My husband had a brief encounter with a woman at his job. He donated blood in Sept. 2013 and was fine , after the encounter , he donated again and is now showing signs of hepatitis B. Sage did not tell him she had the disease. Is there any recourse?

While what she did MIGHT be criminal, it sounds like you need to talk to a civil attorney to see if there is any recourse against her.
