Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My husband is currently being held "parker vs. State" and I have been told that the person he took money from would drop the charges if he got his money back 300$ which has been returned can my husband return home on his bond?

Returning the money has little effect on whether or not the STATE (not the victim) decides to press charges. It may make a difference at sentencing though. You should be talking to his attorney about this.
