Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Husband comes home to find his wife in bed with anothe man. Husband grabs gun, he and wife struggle for control of the gun and lover gets shot.
Can husband be charged with voluntary manslaughter?
What about the wife? Should she be charged with the crime?
