Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My husband and I own a home together but we are separated. I moved out and left him living in the home. He has been letting different people stay in the home. I found out that these people are doing drugs in the home and have told him about it. He refuses to believe me or do anything about it. What I want to to know is if I were to report this to the police is there a chance that we would lose the home?

When it comes to forfeiture I don't the power of the government to take anything, including the home. That said, it is probably unlikely, since you are still an owner of the house.
