Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my husband is in jail waiting to be transported to prison. He has a separate domestic violence charge that has not yet been dropped. He had his first appearance and the judge ROR him. He is now just sitting and waiting. Can they prosecute him and find him guilty of this charge if the victim doesn't cooperate?
