Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My husband and I had a misunderstanding at our home, the police were called, he was arrested for trying to enter our home and take my keys from me, they charged him with Battery Domestic Violence, and set his Bond at $3,000. He is on Interstate Compact from SC, here in FL, they are not extraditing him back to SC, he is to continue probation in FL. I am dropping the charges on him, and my 8 yr old child and I are not in fear of him, I am sick, with PTSD on medication, and Diabetes, heart problems, he is my primary care giver, how do we get the No Contact Order dropped so that he can return home??? Can you please help me as I am not healthy and need my husband home with us.
