Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My husband and I opened a abnk account together and then today I found out from a phone from the detective that the bank wants to press charges. Can I be held responsible even though I did not commit check kiting? He apparantly wrote checks into the joint account and would pull the money out of the atm. We live in Florida. If so what type of lawyer would I get and I'm in Volusia county

You could certainly be charged, but it would be difficult to convict. You need a criminal lawyer immediately.
