Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My husband passed away
And my step daughter that is my age did not tell me my husband was dead and tryed to cremate him as he was a widower, is it a crime. She stole my car too.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. I am not sure if you are wife or ex wife. If you are the ex you have no real standing. You should call the police if she really stole your car. If this is a family dispute then sort it out yourselves.
