Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My husband is on probation and a term of that probation is a curfew from 10pm to 6am unless for work. We lived in citrus county for a few months and his job sometimes required him to be at work until 10. His PO knew and it was ok. We currently live in lake county Florida and his job here requires him to be there at 4am. This new PO said that on those days he has to be home by 8 so his 8 hour curfew is maintained. His probation does not specifically say he has a mandatory 8 hours, only that it is from 10pm to 6 am except for work. We think he should be ok to go to work early, but don't see how she can change the 10pm part to 8pm. What are your thoughts?

The PO should make accomodations. But just to be sure, you might want to let the judge know for clarification. An attorney could help with that.
