Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My Husband who is currently serving a 10 year mandatory sentence has just filed a motion for illegal sentence on grounds of double jeopardy . He is 6 years into his sentence. He should be receiving his court date next month. Currently he is Pro SE. Is this a matter that he should have legal representation for? His victims are willing to testify on his behalf.

He needs an attorney. Post conviction motions are VERY complex and his best chance is to hire an attorney.
