Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my husband has been sitting in the levy county jail for 14 days because he missed acourt date. i tried to bond him out but he had 2 unpaid speeding tickets in another county. he is being released this week with probation on the case in levy county. they said that the timed served would apply to the cah bonds that are holding him in jail for the tickets, but when he is released the other county will pick him up and he will goto 1st appearance in that county,the cash bond is 1,000.00 what will the time served do for this and what will happen next.
