Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
husband was suppose to be going to trial. the state postponed jury selection/trial twice already. the final pretrial was the 14th of this month and jury selection was suppose to be on the 19th but the state "strike" the jury selection and arranged him a regular courtdate. however, his co defendent's lawyer suppressed all evidence a week ago. basically, i want to no what does "strike" jury selection mean and why my husband jury selection has been striked when jis co defendent is proceeding to juryselection/trial?

Trial issues are very complex so it is impossible for an outside attorney to answer why the attorney did this. You need to talk your husband's attorney to see what all this means. That's why he has an attorney.
