Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My husband did 5 years in prison and have 11yrs behind him since that charge. how many years does he have to register as a sex offender?and no he hasn't had another felony since this happened?

You need to go to and consult an attorney about this. Generally, the registration period is for life. But there were rules that stated one could petition for release from the requirement after a period of time, usually 20 years.
