What is the statue of limitations regarding illegal drug prescriptions...et... a nurse calling in prescriptions without authorization. This is in the state of Fl.

In order to answer this question you need to provide what was the drug type, and are you inquiring about the criminal aspects or civil. If this is a controled substance than her act could be a felony, and thus subject to a 3 or 4 year statute of lim. if it is classifed as a misdemeanor, then it is a two year. Really you need to provide more info....
