Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Ilive in Naples FL in a community, we have a gym in our clubhouse a resident was using the treadmill and spitting on the wall ,floor and side of the treadmill.Can he be arrested ??

That would depend upon whether the local police think that a crime has been committed. While that behavior is totally obnoxious, it probably does not amount to an arrestable offense. One could argue that it is criminal mischief, which is an arrestable offense.
