Illegal behavior
Can I do something that I know is illegal if someone tell me by mistake or by ignorance that is right? that person have responsability?

You cannot enagage in illegal behavior whether or not you know it to be wrong. Ignorance of the law is not a defense. No o0ne else other than you is responsible for your actions.

Absolutely not. Whether or not you know something is illegal is no excuse. As the old saying goes "ignorance of the law is no excuse". Besides, if you know, then you certainly cannot do something and then try to blame another unless you are prepared to serve some time.
