Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is it illegal to go to a doctor, have them call in several prescriptions to a pharmacy, only fill 2 of them and when they ask if you’re taking all your medications say yes?

You can't be "forced" to take a medication. However, if a doctor recommends that you do, then if it were me, I'd listen to my doctor. You're only harming yourself if you lie to your doctor.
