Is it illegal in Florida (Duval, St Johns counties) to leave a vehicle unattended while pumping fuel (automatic dispenser lever set)?

It is unlawful, a non-criminal infraction similar to seat-belt violation, to leave a running vehicle unattended. I am not aware of any law related to pumping gas, and I believe those are actually just company policies of the gas stations.
