Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Is it illegal or fraudulent...or considered harassment, for my wife's ex husband to use our mailing address for mail addressed to him personally, or his business name without our permission. He has never resided at this address, has never lived within the state of Florida. Under what Florida statute could I find this information?

I think one would need more facts to know if it is illegal. However, the easiest solution is to mark "Return to Sender" on every envelope and possibly let your local post office know that that person does not live there.
