Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Illegal Pornography Found on my Computer

Last July, a search warrant was issued and my computer was seized. It contained pornography defined illegal by law, which considered it child pornography. The ages I possessed, that I was aware of, was 13-17 years old, nothing homosexual or under 13. I also grabbed webcam sessions and traded them on IRC. I had not accessed nor traded for a while. I didn't hear from them till 7 months later, where they asked me if I wanted to testify as a target and a witness. When the FBI was at my house, I cooperated and didn't give them any trouble. I live in Brevard County, and I was wondering what may be in store for me. I've kept them up to date on my whereabouts, and never tried to elude them. Please, any information as to what may be in store would be appreciated.

Re: Illegal Pornography Found on my Computer

You will probably get charged eventually. The question is whether you get charged federally or at the state level.

You really should retain a lawyer now so they can start intervening on your behalf.

I and my two colleagues are very experienced with these cases. Please call and one of us will discuss your situation with you.

If I'm not available ask for Tom Gano or Donnie Murrell.
