Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Illegal or not?

I was recently offered a driving position from an excort company. Since I don't know much about the industry, I wanted to make sure that what I would be doing is legal.

My job description is to pick up the escort and drive them to a pre-arranged location, collect the agency fee (cash) , pick up the escort at a later pre-arranged time and then deposit the agency fee into the agency's bank account. It sounds like it should be ok but I wanted to make sure. Thanks!

Of course it is not legal. That is why you asked. You knew in advance that the job is funky but wanted someone to say it was ok. An escort is nothing but a fancy prostitute. Any involvement in a prostitution operation is illegal. It is simply whether or not you will get caught.
