Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is it illegal to sell a car with a Lien on it? If I still owe money but told the people I sold the car to about the lien can I get into trouble?

It's not illegal, but that means that you, yourself, still owe that lien. On the other hand, if you sold it with the intent to defraud the buyer, then yes you could get in trouble.
