Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is it illegal to have sex in your car? Me and my girlfriend dont have many options when it comes to where we can have sex. I know its illegal to have sex in public but what if we were somewhere where no one could see us, or if we covered the windows?

Is it illegal, no. Is it illegal in a car in a public place, yes. If you want to take a chance at getting caught then understand you face up to 60 days jail. So, I'll let you decide.
