Is it illegal to video record a playground while children are playing?? A house faces the playground in our neighborhood and it has a camera constantly pointing at it!

Probably not illegal as one has the right to use cameras to protect one's home. However, if video is being used for purposes beyond self protection, it's a little gray, as Florida has a constitutional right to privacy. How much privacy on a playground is debatable, but you may at least be open to a civil law suit.
