need some info
can florida hold a person more than 36 months if the charge is not punishable by life and also can a judge use a non conviction from the past against a person in court of law

yes all priors are used for scoring and i dont know what you mean by held for 36 months. the judge can hold you until your case is resolved whether its 36 days or 36 years.
