How can you get information on criminal case files? The state is FL, the charge is trepassing, robbery of a dwelling?

It depends, if you are the defendant in a criminal case, you can file a "Notice of Intent to Participate in Discovery." If you want to see the docket, you can probably check with the clerk's office online or in person. Some sheriff's offices and police departments put information and reports online. If the case is closed, you can make a public records request to the State Attorney's Office. There are many ways.
