Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What does a no information filing mean?
My son was arrested on 11/4 for possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession with intent to sell near a church, and possession of paraphanelia. On 11/30 the State Attorney's office filed a ''No Information''. Does this mean he was never formally charged? Will the charges appear on his record?

well it means no charges have been filed yet, they still can. if they dont file the arrest will show unless it is expunged.
