Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Information obtained at arrest with promises made by arrestiong officers. No copy of the interrogation as it was not recorded. Can these charges be thrown out??????

What reason to throw out? It won't be just because it wasn't recorded. Promises need to be in writing so it hurts you more than it helps you if nothing was put in writing. Contact an attorney right away.
