how can i get injunction for repeat violence dismissed? it has been 12 years and it is keeping me from obtaining a concealed carry license

You can hire a lawyer (or do it yourself but I don't suggest that) to file a motion to amend the injunction. Oftentimes, the alleged victim must be there or at least notified of the motion and they can speak as well. Which is another reason you should talk to a lawyer.
