Injunction

Five years ago my husband had an injunction placed against him by an ex-grilfriends sister. He did not reside with this girl and it was done out of vindictivness as he smashed her fathers truck after finding out the ex never was pregnant and had lied for several months. This injunction is haunting him and causing problems with employment. How can we get this injunction lifted?

Hello: I just read your question. One can file a Motion to Terminate or modify a Judgment for injunction against Domestic violence. The Motion must be filed with the court that entered it and the other side must be sent a copy. If we can be of any assistance in North Fla., let us know. good luck. Tom Rosenblum
