Does an inmate in Florida prison in protective custody need a lawyer?

Depends on what they need the lawyer for. Pending charge? Witness protection? Bad food at the prison? There are a lot of scenarios they might need one, but many which are part of the prison bureaucratic process where it may not be necessary.
