Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was instructed by a judge, to find case law supporting a motion to reclassify a charge of sexual misconduct. The judge has agreed to reclassify if I have case law supporting the motion. Where would I find this case law supporting the motion. I will be filing the motion pro se.
