insuffient attorney
my boyfriend had a criminal case in fl. his attorney did nothing to help him. their were different roads he could have taken to get a lower sentence for him but didnt even try is there any thing we can do?

You have a number of options to pursue. A motion to withdraw the plea. A motion to modify the sentence. Or possibly a 3.850 and attack the performance of the attorney. Time may be running out.
