Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
interlock device
I am in florida,all court orders done save for interlock device. I cannot install one , for I do not have FOUR WHEEL VEHICLE. I only own a motorcycle,florida does not install on motorcycle nor does the company that installs them. How do I get a hardship licence with this still on court order?? How can I request it to be removed?
