interlock devise
my husband has to have interlock put in the car he was arrested in. the car is in my name. can they make me put it in there. he does not drive it anymore.

Re: interlock devise
The interlock is usually placed only on vehicles that the person owns. Your husband may want to go into court and have that set aside since he does not own a vehicle.
