Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

If you are interrogated by the police after selling pills and they let you go with out a court date or a citation or anything but tell you that you can be charged with trafficking if you don't comply with them, and if you do comply your charge will not be as high, can they make you comply with them to bust other dealers although you were not ever arrested? (first time offense, never been arrested before)

You are under no obligation to comply with answering their questions. Of course, if you are guilty and they say do this or go to jail, then understand that you are going to go to jail if you don't cooperate. Now, nobody likes jail but sometimes it is a better alternative once you understand that they will hold this over your head for a long time. Your best bet is to get an attorney before saying anything else to the police.
