interstate compact laws
My fiance is to be released from a florida state prison with probation. Can he have his probation transfered to north carolina?

YES, but he needs to contact his probation officer, and insure that the interstate compact agreement will allow for it. There are several hoops that you must jump through, including reasons why he wants the move. Typically this involves health reasons, family connections, and legal charges. GOOD LUCK....
