intervintion program

I am on intervintion program for felony not probation and got a citation for petty theif i was not aressted i got a citation will i be dropped from the program or be violated for the mistamener what sould i do call my intervention officer or just she what happens in court i'm going to to see her tomorrow. i have not payed my money owed on restatution yet but have i all the money and could pay it before my court date for the citation to apper in court for the shoes stolen on the 27th of july what can i do. will she know when i go in to see her tomorrow.

You need to pay the restitution. If asked, either directly or on the paperwork you fill out, you have to tell the diversion supervisor about the new case, arrested or not. Go to court on the new case and try to get it dismissed. make sure your attorney knows about the diversion case. Your diversion may get dropped and your case sent back to court, but diversion is for people who can keep their act together.

The State of Florida may drop you from your PTI prggram for violating the rules of PTI (by picking up a new charge). If so, your original case will go back to court and will need to be addressed (in addition to the new theft case that you picked up).

You may want to consult with a local attorney now that you have multiple open cases.
