i WAS INTOXICATED WHEN I HAD GIVEN 2 STATEMENTS TO A DEFENDANTS PO OFFICER.NOW I HAVE BEEN SERVED TO TESTIFY IN COURT I PLAN ON PLEADING THE FIFTH.CAN THE PROSECUTOR STILL USE THESE PAST STATEMENTS
