Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Investigation being done
We have been notified by a detective that an investigation is being conducted and my husbands name has come up. He asked if he would like to come in and discuss it. He said it has been going on for a year -- we have never heard of anything regarding this before. We are wondering if you know of a reason why the detective will not even tell us what the investigation is regarding unless my husband goes in person to see him. Thank you.
