Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
okay an investigator spoke to me about a crime .didnt really question me just asked a few thangs i felt at first i wasnt a target of the investigation.after a period of time i have the investigator calling my cell phone regularly even when he calls in sick to work.hes never ever informed me of my rights when i told him i didnt wish to speak to him no longer without an attorney he told me that wouldnt be smart and now hes going to charge me with dealing in stolen goods and has incriminated me and has never ever informed me of my rights what should i do

If you want the investigator to stop calling you, refer him to your attorney. Only an attorney can protect you in this situation. Good luck.
