issuing checks with insufficient funds
is it unlawful for a corporation to issue checks with insufficient funds in the states of FL ?
if it is, is the "bounced check" considered "prima facie" evidence?

YES it is unlawful to issue checks with insufficient funds whether it tis an individual or corporation. The account information is the best evidence as to whether there were funds available, and thus the establishment of a prima facie case.
